Frequently asked
- Is this real gambling?
- No. Mooner Five is a social gaming site. You play with free virtual coins, there is no real-money wagering, and nothing can be won or withdrawn.
- Can I buy more coins?
- No, and there is no way to. When your balance drops below the 10-coin minimum, press Reset balance under the table and you are back to 1,000.
- Why did my balance reset?
- Coins live only in the open page. Reloading, closing the tab or opening the table in a new window starts a fresh session at 1,000 coins. This is deliberate: nothing about your play is stored.
- Does the house really follow a fixed rule?
- Yes. The house draws while its total is 16 or less and stands on any 17 or higher, including a soft 17 made with an ace. It never deviates.
- Is the deck actually shuffled?
- Every shoe is a full 52-card deck shuffled with a Fisher–Yates shuffle using your browser’s random number generator. It is reshuffled once fewer than 15 cards remain.
- How are payouts calculated?
- Your stake is deducted when the cards are dealt. A win returns the stake plus an equal amount; a natural returns the stake plus one and a half times it; a push returns the stake alone; a loss returns nothing.
- Why can’t I split pairs?
- Syzygy 21 keeps a compact rule set: hit, stand and double. Splitting and insurance are not offered, and the rules panel on the game page says so.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile. You can play the moment the page loads.
